The French Association of Master Restaurateurs gathers 1,700 establishments having obtained the title of Maître Restaurateur, all over France, and has partnered with the Annecy startup DuJour SAS to enable you, thanks to its MDJ technology:

- see their Daily Menus or their full menu
- to reserve your table
- order their good meals online, to take away or for delivery
- offer Gift Vouchers that can be used in these restaurants
- see their news (concert or themed evening, new menu, dish to discover, ...)
- memorize your favorites or those to test and find them even faster than with a search engine
And, regularly, thousands of Good Deals offered: up to € 15 reimbursed on your meal at the restaurant, noon or evening, by simply sending a photo of your bill.
All with a clear, readable and intuitive interface.
What is Maître Restaurateur?
Maître Restaurateur is the only official title that guarantees cuisine prepared on site with raw, quality products by a team of catering professionals.
Created in 2007 on the initiative of the Ministry of SMEs, Trade and Crafts as part of the future contract for catering, it rewards the combined professionalism of a Chef and his establishment.
It is issued by the State and granted by the Prefect. It is based on a rigorous control audit carried out by an independent organization which guarantees you a home-made cuisine: the professionalism and the qualifications of the service and the chef, the traceability and the seasonality of the products as well as the requirement of a fully made kitchen. homemade from raw products and acquired mainly fresh. It is renewed every four years.
Your Maître Restaurateur also undertakes to favor short circuits, seasonal products and limit the use of imported products and to contribute to a diet that is low in energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, limiting food waste. and generating less waste.
